Jig Mould info

We stock 3 different Jig head moulds the one depicted above makes
4 different sizes of roundhead jigs:
3oz, 2 oz,1.5 oz and 1oz

3 oz / 85 gr. 2 oz / 56 gr 1.5 oz/ 42gr 1 oz / 28gr
7/0 hook 7/0 hook 6/0 hook 5/0 hook

Please always take safety pre-cautions when pouring lead,
always read the instructions,
work in a well ventilated area, use extractor fans,
wear protective lothing, goggles, mask, gloves, etc.

The easiest way to pre-heat a jigmould is by pouring some hot lead into the mould, without a hook.
Leave it for a short while, than try it with a hook.

After opening the mould the hooks are HOT wait until they have cooled
than use pliers to pick out any jighead that need assistance out of the mould!

The excess lead clips of easy with clipping pliers.

ONLY ONCE THE JIGHEADS HAVE COOLED
should you handle them with bare hands.
